For over 10 years, Aloha Plate, a food truck venture by Chef Adam, his brother TV/ Radio Personality Lanai Tabura and their best friend comedian Shawn Felipe, has been on a mission to spread the aloha spirit through local comfort food and hospitality.
In 2013, Aloha Plate embarked on a nationwide journey and took the win on Food Networkʻs "Great Food Truck Race" - Season 4 (2013). The team returned to compete with the best of the best in “The Great Food Truck Race - All Stars Season” (2021).

In late 2021, the family venture even stretched out all the way to Japan with a brick and mortar cafe at Kamakura beach, just south of Tokyo!

With strong roots & affinity towards Hawaii’s land, people & traditions Aloha Plate and fueled by their 2021 appearance on Food Networks “Champions’ Season”, Aloha Plate returned their food truck on O’ahu in 2022 with a fresh new look and complete overhaul of its kitchen.
