Aloha Plate, a food truck venture by Chef Adam, his brother TV/ Radio Personality Lanai Tabura and their best friend comedian Shawn Felipe, is on a mission to spread the aloha spirit through local comfort food and hospitality.
In 2013, Aloha Plate embarked on a nationwide journey and took the win on Food Networkʻs "Great Food Truck Race" - Season 4 (2013). The team returned to compete with the best of the best in “The Great Food Truck Race - All Stars Season” (2021).

In late 2021, the family venture even stretched out all the way to Japan with a brick and mortar cafe at Kamakura beach, just south of Tokyo!

With strong roots & affinity towards Hawaii’s land, people & traditions Aloha Plate welcomes you to join in as the journey continues! Fueled by their 2021 appearance on Food Networks “Champions’ Season”, the three local boys are ready to relaunch the food truck on O’ahu.
The original TV truck has undergone a complete mechanical and kitchen overhaul and a fresh new look and is ready to reintroduce Aloha Plate to the people of Hawaii.
With renewed energy Aloha Plate is poised to emerge from the pandemic to deliver what we have all been missing the past two years — the sharing of the heart of Aloha and the joys of a hot cooked meal with family and friends. The plates served reflect the best of what the people of Hawai’i’ have to offer and have shared with each other over the generations.
